The Comprehensive Leasing Company General Assembly have approved on Thursday the 25th of February 2021 a recommendation by the company's Board of Directors to distribute 20% cash dividends to shareholders. The Ordinary General Assembly Meeting was held through visual and electronic media communication using Zoom application.
During the meeting the General Assembly has:
discussed the Board of Directors Report on the activities of the Company during the year 2020 along with its future plans for the year 2021,
Heard the Company’s Auditors Report of the on its financial statements for the year ended 31- 12-2020
Approved the Board of Directors recommendation for distributing cash dividends of (20%) to the shareholders.
Discharged the Board’s members from their liabilities in respect of the financial year ended 31-12-2020.
Elected PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) as the Company’s auditors for the next fiscal year, and authorized the Board of Directors to decide their remunerations.
